How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:
● working with incoming requests via messenger and phone
● providing informational support and consulting clients and partners via all communication channels
● resolving conflict situations
● forwarding information to other departments
To achieve the results, you will need:
● Fluent in Uzbek and Russian (both spoken and written)
● Confident PC skills
● Strong communication skills and correct speech, ability to adapt to the person you are speaking with, active engagement
● Experience of working in a call center is a plus
How do you manage your working hours?
● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
