SMM Specialist

Обязанности:

● implementing the Uklon brand promotion strategy on social media to increase the audience and engagement

● developing and implementing a content plan (posts/stories/activations)

● organising the process of creating photo and video content

● setting up promotion of posts through Meta Ads

● participating in launching influencer marketing campaigns and analysing their effectiveness

● analysing the effectiveness of Uklon brand promotion on social media and compiling reports

● managing the Brand Ambassador community project for Drivers

● participating in other marketing processes

Требования:

● at least 2 year in SMM

● fluency in both spoken and written Uzbek

● skills in writing persuasive texts in Uzbek

● basic knowledge of Meta Ads

● experience with social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

● skills in working with SMM metrics, their evaluation and presentation

Условия работы:

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday

● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)

● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
